Crozet Mobile Village

Crozet Mobile Village (CMV) is a 15-acre, 75-unit mobile home park located just off Park Road very close to Claudius Crozet Park where QCV spearheaded the building of three 36-foot QuickStart Tennis courts in the spring of 2012.

CMV has been home to a succession of families since 1978. Today 25 kids ages 10 and under are residents. Those kids attend Crozet Elementary where QuickStart Tennis is offered in PE classes and after school. QCV wants to encourage these particular kids to use the wonderful tennis facilities at the Park.

So QCV came up with a FUN plan for CMV kids . . .

QCV, with a BIG assist from members of the Western Albemarle High School tennis teams, hosted a special QuickStart Tennis Festival at the Park on Saturday, April 20, 2013 for the elementary school-age kids who live in Crozet Mobile Village. Each child was given a QuickStart Tennis racquet and a couple of balls to take home. They each received a Go Bananas! poster, bracelet, drawstring bag and a set of Go Bananas! nutrition cards.
