The QuickStart Tennis format works for beginners of any age. QuickStart Tennis of Central Virginia has "repackaged" QuickStart for older junior players and is now promoting QuickStart for anyone who wants to learn how to play and experience the fun of tennis, regardless of age.

Adult and senior beginners who take up tennis through QuickStart have a great opportunity for inter-generational tennis. With so many kids living in two-income or single-parent households these days, people who don't work or are retired can have a positive influence on kids by playing tennis with them. And parents can play a quick match or do a few QuickStart activities in the driveway with their kids when they get home from work.
